We were so lucky to witness the hatching of our first chick on the evening of our Home School Conferences 

Once nine of our eggs hatched, Room 9 got to cuddle the fuzzy, soft, cute chicks!

Room 9's Fair Test was about investigating swinging physics

We participated in a fair test, investigating 'What affects the speed and duration of a swing?'

We were looking at potential and kinetic energy working together. We discovered that it was the length of the string that changed the speed of the swing. Not the weight on the string. Where the time only changed a little bit.
